These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the BIMACC. Any matter relating thereto, the same shall be referred for Institutional Arbitration (either through a sole Arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators, as mutually agreed by the parties) by Bangalore International Mediation Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, under the BIMACC Rules of Arbitration. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto and Arbitration shall be as per the provisions in force of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitration shall be conducted in English Language and the seat of Arbitration shall be in Bangalore.”
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stillwater Aquatics with respect to your use of the Website.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
No waiver by Stillwater Aquatics of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
